Timeline and Background
On July 31, Bithumb and Upbit announced Investment Warning designations for TT along with a suspension of deposits.
Within two hours of the exchanges’ announcements, ThunderCore published a community update to inform users that the team was actively clarifying the situation.
Within 24 hours of the exchanges’ announcements, ThunderCore formally contacted both Bithumb and Upbit. We also published a further community update to share our understanding of the situation and keep users informed.
ThunderCore has submitted formal responses to both exchanges’ questions within the required deadlines. As the reviews have progressed, we have continued to provide additional clarification and supporting materials at the exchanges’ request.
About the Review Process
ThunderCore respects the exchanges’ responsibility to protect users, while believing that any assessment should be based on a complete understanding of the facts and on clear, consistently applied standards.
Following the announcement of the cautionary designations on July 31, 2026, TT experienced a notable price decline, as shown below. We share this as relevant context.

Our Priority: Protecting TT Holders
The current deposit suspension has real consequences for TT holders, limiting their ability to transfer and manage their tokens on the affected exchanges.
ThunderCore remains committed to exploring every possible avenue to protect our users and community, and to working constructively with Upbit, Bithumb, and other partners toward a fair and fact-based resolution.
At every step, our focus has been, and will remain, protecting TT holders.
Long Track Record
ThunderCore has operated our mainnet uninterrupted since 2019 and is one of the longest running EVM-compatible PoS Layer 1 networks operating today. Through both bull and bear markets, we have continued network operations, development, infrastructure work, and responsible adjustments while maintaining a secure and reliable public blockchain.
Given this established record of execution, we believe that any assessment of the project, particularly one with significant consequences for users, should be based on concrete and verifiable evidence and a complete understanding of how the network actually operates.
What Happens Next
The exchanges have indicated that a decision is expected by August 14, 2026.
We will do our utmost to cooperate with any further requests during this period. However, the final listing decision ultimately belongs to the exchanges, and we want our community to understand that uncertainty clearly. We will share updates with the community as material information becomes available.
Thank you for your long support.
